Time: 6pm-8pm

Location: The District CoWork

470 James Street

New Haven, CT 06513

This event is perfect for the founder who wants to zoom out and spend 2-hours digging into their business. While we could go in a lot of directions, the focus will be breaking down how to get you into a growth position.

It will also be a great chance to network with local founders.

I am planning for this to be an aggressive schedule, but the outcome will be a mini-road map to dive into growth and you will also meet great people along the way.

Note: If you are not a business owner, we will have you either focus on your day-to-day job or you can do this personally to unlock where you hope to land in you life.

1st Hour: Let's level set

  • Breakdown how we work and what we will get out of today

    • What is your biggest pain point?

    • Is this a road block?

    • How does it feel when something works out?

    • ACTIVITY: Plumbing Problem

  • Product:

    • Where are your sales coming from to date?

    • Where do you want to have them come from?

    • ACTIVITY: Core & More Circle

  • Let's get Granular to Ensuring Growth

2nd Hour: Get Granular

  • Customer Avatar & Journey

    • Outline your core + more customer.

    • ACTIVITY: Customer Avatar

From time to time we all need to zoom out and spend time on the macro side. There is practical knowledge associated with questioning if what we are doing is the right thing or not, being discerning and critical of our own decisions. If you think this would be a good event for you:
